3.1 Subscription & Billing Details (via Paddle)

Paddle collects:

Paddle provides us only with:

	•	Your purchase/subscription status

This information is used strictly for:
	•	License activation
	•	Subscription validation
	•	Important product emails (like license issues)

We do not store payment card details.
We do not use your email for marketing unless you opt-in.

3.2 Subscription & Data Handling via Stripe and Supabase

For users who originally subscribed before the migration to Paddle,
billing and license information may still be managed through Stripe and
Supabase until the transition is complete.

Stripe collects:
    • Buyer name
    • Buyer email
    • Country and billing information
    • Payment details (card, wallet, etc.)

Stripe provides us only with:
    • Your email address
    • Your purchase/subscription status
    • Payment success/failure notifications

We do not receive payment card details from Stripe.

Supabase stores:
    • User email (for login and license lookup)
    • Subscription metadata (e.g., plan type, expiration)
    • License activation history (if applicable)

Supabase does NOT store:
    • Payment card details
    • Billing addresses
    • Sensitive financial information

We use this information strictly for:
    • License activation and validation
    • Subscription status checking
    • Maintaining access for existing Stripe users

We do not use your email for marketing unless you opt-in.


3.3 License Activation Data

When activating Data.olllo, we may process:
	•	License key
	•	Basic system identifiers (device hash or similar)
	•	Subscription status (validated via Paddle)

This ensures the license is genuine and not shared.

3.4 AI Assistant Processing

To power AI-based suggestions and workflows, Data.olllo may process:
	•	Metadata (column names, shapes, data types)
	•	Masked samples (e.g., partially anonymized rows)
	•	Small fragments of data provided in queries
	•	User instructions and prompts

Where possible, data is:
	•	Masked
	•	Anonymized
	•	Minimized
	•	Sent only for model inference

We do not store your data on our servers unless explicitly required for a feature (e.g., cloud-based workflow sync — if implemented in future).
