Privacy & Trust

At Data.olllo, your data belongs to you — not us. We designed Data.olllo so you can analyze data without uploading it to the cloud or worrying about leaks.

Your Data Stays on Your Device

All datasets you open in Data.olllo are processed locally. We never upload, store, or scan your files. Nothing leaves your computer unless you explicitly choose to use an online feature.

Minimal Data Collection

We only collect what’s necessary (license activation, optional crash logs if you opt in). Your datasets and analysis results are never collected.

Your Rights

  • Request access or deletion of license-related data
  • Disable diagnostics at any time
  • We follow GDPR/CCPA principles globally

Compliance in Simple Terms

Privacy laws like GDPR (in Europe) and CCPA (in California) give people rights over their personal data. Since Data.olllo does not collect or store your datasets, these rights are automatically respected: we have nothing to sell, share, or transfer.

For the small amount of information we do use (like license activation and purchase records), you can always contact us to request access or deletion.

Security & Transparency

We use industry‑standard security practices. All server communication (licensing, updates, purchases) is encrypted with HTTPS. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never sell or rent your information.

Transparency matters: our policies are written in plain language, and we apply GDPR/CCPA protections to all users worldwide.

Data Retention

We keep license and purchase records only as long as required for support and tax purposes. Optional crash logs, if you choose to share them, are kept only until the issue is resolved.

Children’s Privacy

Data.olllo is designed for professional and academic users. It is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some regions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
